Chia pudding

- 40 g chia seeds
- 1/2 mango approx 100 g
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch salt
Blend everything but the chia seeds.
Whisk the liquid well with the chia and let stand 5 minutes before whisking again to break up any lumps that might have formed.
Refrigerate overnight and serve as is or with a fruit topping.
